The purpose of this contract seeks to provide trauma focused, evidence based therapeutic services to youth who enter the custody of Buncombe County Health and Human Services. Seeking an agency who will provide high level counseling to children impacted by physical, emotional, and sexual abuse and neglect in an efficient and effective manner. Services and providers should align with the Buncombe County Values of Respect, Honesty, Integrity, Collaboration, and Equity.
