The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), or Annual Audit Report is a detailed report of the County’s actual revenues and expenditures for the fiscal year.

The Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) report is an overview of Buncombe County government. The PAFR includes our goals and plans for the future, as well as information about how tax dollars are used.
