What is Risk Management?
Risk Management is the process of making and implementing decisions that will minimize the adverse effects of accidental losses to the County.
What does the Risk Manager do?
The Risk Manager administers the County's property and casualty self-insured program regarding its services, assets and personnel. The manager also reports and oversees the handling of worker's compensation, motor vehicle accidents and other third party claims.
