NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
By virtue of an execution issued to the undersigned Sheriff on the 02 day of April, 2013 from the Clerk of Superior Court of Buncombe County in the above-entitled action, I will on the 8th day of May, 2013, at 10:15 a.m., at the door of the Buncombe County Courthouse in Asheville, North Carolina, offer for sale at a public auction to the highest bidder for cash, all rights, title, and interest that Robert Edwin Jones now has or at any time at or after the docketing of the judgment in the action had in the following property, lying and being in Buncombe County, North Carolina:
On Ebb Burnette Rd. PIN# 9755-33-7651-00000 / Deed Book 3307 Deed Page 0513; Plat Book 0000 / Plat Page 0000 / 1.90 acres.
This property is being sold subject to all prior liens and encumbrances pending against the property.
The highest bidder at the sale will be required to make a cash deposit in the amount of 10% of his bid, with the remaining amount due on tender of the deed.
