Local author Kitty Richards will discuss her new book Battles of a Bipolar Buddhist on Tuesday, November 12 at 7 pm at the Black Mountain Library. Kitty is the winner of the memoir writing contest sponsored by the Friends of the Black Mountain Library two years ago.
