- 5 at large citizens
- 1 having soil and water experience
- 2 from private industry; 1 from medical community
- 1 from public utilities
- 1 from real estate and building
- 2 municipal representatives

Third Friday of every month at 8 a.m.
Where?
The Maple Building on the campus of Asheville Buncombe Technical Community College
Purpose:
Advise Board of Commissioners on environmental policy; educate the public and local officials on environmental issues; perform specific, special studies and projects requested by the Board.
