Info and Referral Services include:
- Receives reports of abuse, neglect and or exploitation of the disabled.
- Receives complaints regarding Adult Care Home
- Takes referrals for CAP, InHome, Outreach, Payee, etc
- Refers person to outside community agencies when appropriate
The Adult Unit has a Social Worker available, to answer phone calls or take walk ins.
