Immunization Services include:
- Childhood Vaccination Program (no charge)
- Adult Vaccination Program (Medicaid, Medicare, Self pay)
- Foreign Travel Vaccination Program (Self pay)
Appointment Procedure
For an appointment in the Foreign Travel Clinic please call 250-5096. All other immunization services are available on a walk-in basis from Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Clients must be signed in 30 minutes prior to close.
