Buncombe County is seeking candidates interested in providing architectural services for the programming and design of an indoor firearms training facility to be located at the Public Safety Training Center. Statements of Qualification will be accepted until 5:00 pm on Friday, October 12, 2012 for the above-named item at the Buncombe County Planning Department, 46 Valley Street, Asheville, North Carolina, 28801. Prior experience in design of an indoor firearms training facility is required. Local presence is encouraged. Buncombe County encourages submittals from minority businesses by providing certified minorities an equal opportunity to participate in all aspects of the RFQ process. Five (5) hard copies and one digital copy in pdf format of said statements of qualification must be submitted in person or by mail.
