Bids Accepted for Janitorial Services at Branch Libraries

ELECTRONIC ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 143-131as amended, informal bids and proposals will be received by the Purchasing Division for the County of Buncombe for the following:

Janitorial Services – Branch Libraries
Bid Event #242

There will be a pre bid meeting on April 21, 2014 at 10:00 AM (EST).  The meeting will be held in the Lord Auditorium – lower level of Pack Library, 67 Haywood Street, Asheville, NC 28801.

Bids will be due on, May 2, 2014 at 3:00 PM (EST) and must be submitted electronically through the Buncombe County electronic bidding system. The system can be accessed at the Buncombe County website.
  
There will be no public bid opening to comply with North Carolina General Statute 143-131.
