REQUEST FOR FORMAL PROPOSAL
Pursuant to General Statutes of North Carolina Section 143-129 and 143-129.8 as amended, sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent for the County of Buncombe for the following:

Proposal is due by 3:00 PM (EST), October 17, 2014.
Complete specifications and instructions may be obtained from the Buncombe County electronic bidding system. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Buncombe County Electronic Bidding System. The system can be accessed at the Buncombe County website.
There will be no public opening conducted for this bid to comply with the North Carolina General Statute 143-129.8(d).
