Cooking for Your Health is a nutritional series from the Nutrition Division of the Buncombe County Department of Health. The goal of Cooking for Your Health is to promote the WIC (Women, Infants and Children) supplemental nutrition program by providing low-cost, healthy recipes. Margit Strout. Registered Dietitian, shares her thoughts and recipes using WIC approved ingredients.
