Job Description:	Sell insurance and financial products.
Skills/Experience Required:	Previous experience selling property and casualty (auto, home, life health) insurance. Ethical and honest. Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Able to learn computer functions. Ability to multi-task. Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals. Ability to assess client needs and conduct effective interviews. Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. Ability to explain complex financial issues in understandable terms. Banking experience preferred. Must remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education. Credit, reference and background checks will be required.
Education Required:	Must have applicable license or must obtain applicable licensing requirements.
