- To find the Historic ownership of a property contact the Register of Deeds office at (828) 250-4300 or email them at register.of.deeds@buncombecounty.org
- To find the location of a current property, use the GIS website or call (828) 250-4970. You will need to provide one of the following items:
- Owner name
- Address of property
- Deed book/page or plat book/page
- PIN or parcel identification number
- For any right-of-way questions please contact the North Carolina Department of Transportation at ncdot.org.
