Library Schedule Updates
11/17/09:
Due to the library renovation project, Pack Memorial Library is changing their hours. Beginning November 30, the Library will be closed on Mondays. The new schedule for Pack Library will be:
FROM DECEMBER 1:
- Tuesday through Saturday 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Due to the nature of construction projects, we strongly advise library users to please check the website or call the library (250-4700) before making a special trip downtown. All scheduled notices regarding any interruption in services or temporary closures will appear on the Buncombe County website at buncombecounty.org.
We appreciate your patience during this renovation and apologize for any inconvenience.
11/9/09:
The East Asheville Library at 902 Tunnel Road will be open on Mondays beginning November 9. These new hours will be temporarily added during the renovation of Pack Library.
The new East Asheville library schedule will be:
| Monday, Wednesday and Friday | 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. |
| Tuesday & Thursday | 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. |
| Saturday | 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. |

9/30/09:
The downstairs level of Pack Library is closed. This includes the Children's department, the Gates Computer Lab and Lord Auditorium.
A children's mini-library will open on the main floor of Pack Library by Friday, November 6. There will be no story times for the duration of the renovation.
