Buncombe County Library, Recreation and Culture Department will host Adult League Dodgeball games at UNC Asheville January 6 through February 23. Sign-ups start on October 1 and end when the maximum number of teams has been reached (6) or on December 19, 2014, whichever comes first. Teams consist of 6 players.
Games will be played at the UNC Asheville Justice Center. Games are played on Tuesday evenings from 6:15 until 9:15 p.m. The season consists of 7 games a week for a total of 49 games for the season plus a round robin tournament for all teams. Games will be played using a soft centered ball. The winning team will receive a plaque to commemorate their accomplishment.
The cost is $225 for a team of 6 or $40 per person. The registration fee includes facility fee and equipment.
