If you are without health insurance and you don’t qualify for Medicaid, BCBS representatives are in the Health and Human Services lobby and ready to help you figure out a plan that will work for you. The good news is that almost 70% of NC residents will qualify for premium subsidies and may reduce their payment to as low as $19 a month.
