K9 Demonstration

This slide show is a demonstration of our K-9 Division in the Sheriff’s Office. Every year our School Resource Officers sponsor an interactive camp with students from different schools within Buncombe County. This ON TRACK program is for kids selected from each school. The program helps develop kids with potential but that don’t have opportunity to develop their skills. The K-9 Demonstration was part of this ON TRACT program this past summer. The kids were given chances to work with and be around the dogs and get first hand experience with K-9s.
