- Be treated courteously and respectfully.
- Be picked up and returned home in a safe and timely manner.
- Be secured in seating properly.
- Ride in reasonable comfort.
- Request assistance in advance.
- Express your concerns to staff. Feedback will not determine your eligibility to ride.
