The
Community-Based Services Unit brings together community and
home-based services to address the needs of children and families
at risk of out-of-home placement as well as the needs of children
at risk of remaining in the child welfare system without a
permanent family.
The five Families for Kids goals direct the coordination and delivery of proactive, individualized, family-centered services with an emphasis on safety, permanence and collaboration between families / caregivers / agencies and our community.

- Foster and Adoption Recruitment
- Specialized Foster Care
