On Tuesday, April 16 at 7pm at the Fairview Library, local author and gardening expert Peter Loewer will present “The New Small Garden.” This program will be tailored for the gardener with a small amount of space, or even limited to a wooden deck at a condominium. It is illustrated with pictures of real gardens, including many shots of the author's own garden rooms.
