To lease a space online you must have an account. You can pay by Credit Card or Electronic Bank Draft. If you set up Electronic Bank Draft, the first month has to be pre-paid with a credit card.

Corporate leases are only handled in-office and cannot be completed online.
Also, if you are a state employee who already has a card, you will need to come into the office to renew.
