This building is for use by parking garage patrons only. Entry by persons who do not have a car parked here or by a passenger in a car parked here is prohibited.
Failure to leave the premises when so ordered by a parking attendant or law enforcement officer constitutes trespass.
Violators will be prosecuted.
NOTICE
Buncombe County Ordinances require that all vehicles shall park within the traffic lines as marked on the surface of the deck.
It is prohibited to cause or allow any vehicle to obstruct a curb ramp or curb cut for handicapped persons, or to obstruct any driveway or lane of traffic leading into, out of or within the deck.
Any vehicle parked in violation of County parking ordinances is subject to citation and may be removed from the County parking deck pursuant to NCGS §153A-170.
