The Friends of the Black Mountain Library will host a program by Taylor Kirkland, creator of the Radical Roots Project, on Tuesday, May 21 at 7 p.m. In creating Radical Roots, Kirkland traveled throughout Appalachia interviewing individuals working toward creative change. Those interviewed include Wendell Berry, Judy Bonds, Doug Elliot, and Larry Gibson.
