On Thursday, November 7 at 6pm Pack Memorial Library will present “The Special Effects of Hitchcock.” Host Peter Loewer will show film excerpts and explore the cinematic magic of Alfred Hitchcock, director of more than 50 feature films in a career spanning six decades.
Join us as we discuss Hitchcock’s pioneering film techniques in the suspense and psychological thriller genres. We’ll be screening film clips from such Hitchcock classics as Saboteur, Spellbound, Foreign Correspondent, and Rebecca.
