The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality recently recognized the winners of the 2015-2016 Air Quality IQ (AQ-IQ) contest from all across North Carolina. The annual contest gives students a chance to create a project that highlights an air quality issue and provides a solution to that issue. Students can make posters, games, videos, and more! The majority of this year's winners attend schools in Western North Carolina. The Western North Carolina Regional Air Quality Agency was pleased to host the awards ceremony.
