Buncombe County Public Libraries have created the Buncombe County Pet Resources guide to help people and their pets with issues such as animal adoption, low cost vaccine clinics, low cost spay and neuter options, emergency and financial assistance, lost and found pets, animal care advice and education, and end of life care and bereavement resources. Together, we can make Buncombe County a great place for pets and their people.
