A three-judge panel of the Wake County Superior Court ruled Monday, Dec. 2, 2019, that North Carolina’s 2020 congressional elections will take place under maps approved by the N.C. General Assembly in mid-November. These new maps place Buncombe County completely within the 11th Congressional District. New voter cards will be mailed mid-December.
