As the coronavirus continues to spread in our community, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has updated guidelines on how safely to celebrate fall holidays like Halloween, Día de los Muertos, and Thanksgiving.
With that in mind, Buncombe County Recreation Services hosts Fall-O-Ween at Lake Julian Park (37 Lake Julian Road in Arden) from 3-7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30. Fall-O-Ween is a free community event aimed at families with kids 10 and under with games, craft vendors, a pumpkin patch, food trucks, and live music. Kids and parents are encouraged to wear costumes as they walk around the park. All parking will be limited to parking lots outside of the main entrance.
