Buncombe County Public Libraries invites local residents to attend the fourth annual WNC Affordable Housing Fair to find information about housing for renters, potential homeowners, and people experiencing homelessness or other housing barriers. Buncombe County Planning & Development staffers will be on-site to demonstrate the new Buncombe County Affordable Housing map.
What is the WNC Affordable Housing Fair?
The WNC Affordable Housing Fair is a joint effort between Buncombe County Public Libraries and Homeward Bound intended to provide housing information for renters, potential homeowners, and people experiencing homelessness or other housing barriers. The fair is open to government and nonprofit entities dedicated to helping residents from Buncombe County and the surrounding area secure and maintain shelter and housing. This includes everything from securing emergency shelter to helping residents become homeowners, as well as related programs that help keep people in their homes.
