Teen Knitting & Stitching at the Weaverville Library

Interested in learning to knit? Already know how, but want to donate your work to a good cause? The Weaverville Library has a new group for crafty teens ages 12-18.  You can bring your own yarn projects and hang out, or we’ll knit and crochet items to donate locally.

Instruction is available and we do have plenty of supplies to share. Participants may take free yarn and needles home to continue the crafting! This program meets every month and is free, but you do need to register so we know how many to expect. Call the library at 828-250-6482 to save a spot.

And if you have any knitting or crochet supplies you’d like to donate to the club, we’d love to have them. Just drop them by the library any time we’re open.
