The proposed schedules, standards, and rules to be used in appraising real property in Buncombe County for the 2025 Reappraisal were submitted to the Board of Commissioners on Aug. 6 and are available for public inspection in the County Assessor's office at 155 Hilliard Ave. in Downtown Asheville. Business hours at 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
The Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the proposed Schedule of Values on Aug. 20 at 5 p.m. at 200 College St.
