New Library Feature: Reserve Library Spaces Online

Buncombe County Public Libraries are now offering online booking for library meeting spaces. Library spaces are free for community use and there are rooms available at 11 different libraries across the County.

You can choose to book a room by location, or book a room by date.

Our full Meeting Room Policy is available here, but a few important things to be aware of are:

  • You can reserve rooms 60 days in advance.
  • Meeting room time blocks are 2 hours for Pack Library, and 3 hours for branch libraries. Full day time slots are not available, and you may have only 1 reservation per day.
  • For same day reservations, contact that library directly.
  • You can have 3 active room reservations at one time.
  • Your space is not reserved until you get your confirmation from the library.
  • Meeting rooms are booked to organizations and community groups only, not individuals. Use of the meeting rooms does not constitute an endorsement of the program or organization by the Library or Buncombe County.

How to Submit a Reservation

Visit the library website to make a reservation. Once you submit a reservation, library staff will review it as soon as possible. When you get your confirmation, your room has been reserved for you. If you have any questions, contact the library with the room you’d like to reserve directly.
