FCC Updates: In Person Assistance and How To Pay Your Bill

Do you have questions regarding your FCC service or how to pay bills?

FCC Environmental, the County's new trash and recycling pick up provider, will have representatives available at its office at 3109 Sweeten Creek Road in Asheville this Friday, April 11 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, April 12 from 8 a.m. to noon.

This will allow residents to visit in person to voice any concerns and receive live assistance.

A reminder that FCC customers have 3 payment options:

1. Mail check to:  PO Box 654383, Dallas, TX 75265
2. Drop Off at Local Office: 3109 Sweeten Creek Road, Asheville, NC 28803
3. Payment Portal – https://pay-online.fccenvironmental.com/

If you would like to pay online but haven’t signed up yet, follow these steps to gain access:

• Call 828-820-7022 – The FCC team will verify your email and send you a confirmation link.
• Once you receive the link, click the link for the instructions to login.
• After access has been created, you can log in anytime at www.pay-online.fccenvironmental.com to view and manage your invoices.
• Prefer Quick Pay? You can make a payment within the portal without logging in by entering your invoice number and Quick Pay Code. For step-by-step instructions, please see the below linked instructions.
