  1. Authorization to reallocate COVID Recovery Funding from the Ferry Road Infrastructure project to Coxe Avenue Affordable Housing Development project

Authorization for the County Manager to execute individual structure leases between the County and Milestone Towers, land lease between the County and property owners of the Broad River tower, and co-location lease between the County and Verizon Wireless for radio towers and to improve cellular connectivity
  3. Authorization for the County Manager to amend the Mountain Community Capital Fund Operating Agreement
  4. Budget amendment to purchase three pieces of equipment for Solid Waste that are currently used on month-to-month leases
  5. Budget amendment to appropriate State 911 fund balance for backup center equipment, recorders, additional training, increased telephone expenses, fire station alerting, CAD upgrades, and equipment maintenance & monitoring
  6. Interlocal Agreement with the City of Asheville and Black Mounatin for debris removal
