The Public Safety Interoperability Partnership (PSIP) on behalf of Buncombe County Department of Public Safety Communications (911), Buncombe County Sheriff's Office, Buncombe County EMS, Asheville, Weaverville, Black Mountain and Woodfin Police Departments and all City/County Fire Departments are requesting fixed price proposals with the intent of awarding a contract for computer-aided dispatch (CAD), mobile data system (MDS), Law Enforcement Records Management System (LERMS) and Jail Management System (JMS) software to be utilized in the public safety answering point (PSAP) and by emergency responders in the field. Buncombe County is the contractual and fiduciary party on behalf of all agencies of the PSIP.
