Looking for a way to be part of the property assessment process? The Board of Equalization & Review is taking applications. Upon request, the Board of Equalization & Review will hear appeals from property owners who own or control taxable property assessed for taxation in Buncombe County, regarding the valuation of such property or the property of others, and to fulfill other duties and responsibilities by law.
